Elast-O-Flux is a molecular level dispersion of liquid or low melt solid chemicals in a thermoplastic binder. The binder provides a hydrophobic encapsulation of the active material. It contains no mineral fillers, which tend to cause agglomeration, poor dispersion and promote dustiness.
