The brand names Aktiplast® and Aflux® stand for processing promoters. Aktiplast products have been developed for natural rubber blend compounds and compounds with a high proportion of silica. The Aflux® range, on the other hand, is mainly designed with synthetic rubbers in mind.
Aktiplast® and Aflux® are based on natural, renewable and environmentally compatible raw materials.
The high quality of end product is a result of:
- rapid incorporation and distribution of fillers
- better filler dispersion
- improved flow properties in injection molding and extrusion and
- reduced input of energy in the mixing, extrusion and injection molding processes
