Curebeads® are single or multiple ingredient chemical systems dispersed in a low melt, nonblooming, compatible binder. A proprietary "wetting out process" assures the ultimate dispersion of ingredients.
Curebeads®:
- A free flowing, dustless bead form
- Compatible with all general purpose polymers
- Are pastes in bead form
- Typically 70% to 75% active
- Designed to require less shear to disperse than polymer bound dispersions or raw chemicals (Binder system melts into compound taking active chemicals with it)
- Used to enhance dispersibility which in turn reduces mix time More cost effective than polymer bound products or raw chemicals
