Rhenodiv® bladder coatings represent an efficient alternative to inside tire paints. The semi-permanent aqueous product Rhenodiv® BC-700/2 is applied to the surface of the bladder and, with regular recoating, is able to replace the paints. The semi-permanent transfer inside tire paints Rhenodiv® SP-289 and Rhenodiv® SP-640 are directly related to this product group but bladder recoating in this case is performed indirectly through transfer from the inside of the tire every fifth to tenth tire blank. Depending on the process used, Rhenodiv® bladder coatings improve the durability of bladders up to a service life of 800 cycles. The tried-and-tested Rhenodiv® BC-638-1 system containing solvent sets standards in terms of durability in this product group.
