Rhenodiv® inside tire paints ensure that the bladder slides smoothly into the unvulcanized tire during molding vulcanization. This avoids the partial undervulcanization that can occur as a result of entrapped air and helps release the tire from the surface of the bladder at the end of the process.
Rhenodiv® BP-9094-1 and Rhenodiv® BP-550 N are tried-and-tested inside tire paints from this product group. Probably the most demanding car tires at present in terms of geometry are sidewall-reinforced tires with self-supporting properties. Rhein Chemie is ideally equipped for the future with Rhenodiv® BP-5100-2, an inside tire paint developed specifically for this application.
