Rhenoshape® curing bladders. Superb performance. Higher productivity.
Our longer bladder life, shorter curing cycles and superior design guarantee remarkable advantages to our customers.
- Superior curing performance provided by consistent high quality and uniformity.
- Better tire finish appearance given by an innovative bladder venting design and surface finish which help reduce ‘trapped air’.
- Reduced tire defects during the first curing cycles. Bladder outer surface is pretreated with a specially developed coating which eliminates new bladder tackiness.
- Less waste. Individually packed bladders avoid surface contamination or degradation by light, dust, air or other contaminants. No cleaning needed prior to fitting in mold.
- Easy traceability through separate identification labels of bladder and packaging.
- Personalized technical assistance to optimize product performance and application.
- Exclusive developments to meet specific customer requirements.

Packing & Identification.
Neat, simple and practical.

- All bladders are imprinted with their own identification code and manufacture date (week / year) to ensure correct usage
- Each bladder is individually packed in a rugged air-tight polyethylene bag that protects its surface from contamination or degradation due to light, dust, air, ozone or other contaminants.
- For your convenience, all packaged bladders also bear an identification label to simplify its traceability and recognition.
- Bar code printed on label to help you control inventory.
- Bladders are placed in a heavy-duty cardboard pallet box which has a base with skids.
- The “four-way entry” pallet box can either be fork-lifted or cut down to lift out bundled bladders inside by hand.
- These pallet boxes provide further protection against aggressive environments, and simplify storage and transport within plant.
- These resistant boxes, (120cm W x 115cm H x 105cm L) can be stacked up to a height of three.
- The superior design of Rhenoshape®.
bladders allows them to be stored during their complete shelf-life in a “folded” position, without cracking, ageing or deteriorating. - This ensures optimum space usage in the warehouse. When needed, they are easily “unfolded” and ready to use.
- Box stowage in 20 foot FCL shipments: 20 boxes per FCL.
