My responsibilities
My sphere of responsibility is characterized by the diversity of work in the Customer Service Center.
As complaints officer, I supervise the prompt handling of complaints, working in close cooperation with the Distribution, Quality Assurance, Applications Technology, Purchasing, Information Systems and Sales departments. I also serve as SAP officer in my department, which means I am responsible for keeping key system data up to date. I draw up statistical analyses and contribute to various projects. As a key user, I further administer an order processing portal.
