Today's soles must meet the following requirements:

  • Low density and high flexibility
  • Resistance to oil and gasoline
  • High abrasion resistance
  • Good shock absorption
  • Hydrolysis resistance, in particular for walking and safety shoes and for ski and snowboard boots

Our additives Stabaxol® P 200, Stabaxol® P and Stabaxol® I LF make a significant contribution to meeting these requirements. The liquid formulation of Stabaxol® P 200 means that it can very readily be incorporated into the polyol to provide long-lasting hydrolysis stabilization. Depending on processing options, our products Stabaxol® I LF, Stabaxol® P or a Stabaxol®-masterbatch may also be used.
